Duties & Responsibilities (Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following):
- Making outbound phone calls to customers.
- Answering direct inbound phone calls from customers.
- Entering customer orders in to the computer system.
- Making screencast of software products for publishing on websites. We will train you with this.
- Writing web contents for publishing on websites and social media websites.
