• Duties & Responsibilities (Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following):
• Making outbound phone calls to customers
• Answering direct inbound phone calls from customers
• Entering customer orders in to the computer system
• Making screencast of software products for publishing on websites. We will train you with this.
• Writing web contents for publishing on websites and social media websites.
